Bishop Chad Jones, suffragan bishop of the diocese of the Eastern United States, Anglican Province of America, will lead a service for the dedication of the stations of the cross, reception of new members and Holy Communion at St. Thomas the Apostle Anglican Church, 5 p.m., March 17.
