Funeral services for Frances Roberts, 79, of Cornelia, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Rondall Garmon officiated.

Mrs. Roberts died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011.

Born April 3, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Ruth Rice Knight. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Roberts.

A resident of Cornelia, she was formerly of Snellville. She was a homemaker who loved her family dearly.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael C. and Bridget Roberts of Flowery Branch; daughter, Sheryl Schuler of Demorest; granddaughter, Angela Roberts of Demorest; grandsons, Josh Schuler of Clarkesville, Eric Roberts of Flowery Branch, Chad Roberts of Flowery Branch; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and G.C. Walker of Macon, Jackie and Randall Townley of Cleveland; and sister, Vickie Knight of Blue Ridge.
