She was the daughter of the late Thomas Henry Norris and Ethel Cindy Norris.
Mrs. Miller loved her family and served God.
She is survived by her sisters, Ellen Elrod, Emmer Sliger and June Howard; five children (three girls and two boys); 14 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
