Bernice ‘Bea’ Anderson Caudell

Funeral services for Bernice “Bea” Anderson Caudell, 85, of Cornelia, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at Cornelia First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Blaine Walker officiating. Burial followed in Yonah Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Caudell died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Born June 17, 1927, in Habersham County, she was the daughter of the late Ezekiel M. Sr. and Lydia Ayers Anderson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl Caudell; sisters, Ruth Southard and Eva Chandler; and brothers, Zeke Anderson, Dennis Anderson and Fred Anderson.

Mrs. Caudell retired from Johnson & Johnson with 25-plus years of service and was a member of Cornelia First Presbyterian Church. She was an avid Atlanta Braves fan, enjoyed word search puzzles but most of all enjoyed time with her family.

Surviving are her brother, Arthur “Griff” Anderson of Macon; sister-in-law, Barbara Anderson of Cornelia; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
