Funeral services for Lillie Belle Miller Amerson, 65, of Lula, are scheduled for 11 a.m. today, March 13, at the chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Wade officiating. Burial will follow in Springway Baptist Church cemetery.

Mrs. Amerson died Sunday, March 10, 2013, at her residence.

Born June 23, 1947, in Hall County, she was a daughter of the late John and Lillie Gilbert Miller.

Mrs. Amerson was a lifelong resident of Hall County, a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her sons, Mack Armour, Alan Armour and Jessie Amerson, all of Lula; daughter, Mary Armour of Lula; brothers, John C. Miller, Pete Miller and Fred Miller, all of Gainesville; sisters, Marie Whitlow of Alto, Patricia Nicholson of Lula, Margie Burdette and Ida Mae Roberts of Gainesville; seven grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
